How would you rate the service you recieved? We placed our house on the market and within nine days both sold our house and bought a new one. Can’t beat that. Plus, the team, including Annie and Deb, were so easy to work with.   Â
Could we have done anything differently? We had to proactively ask a lot of questions about the process that could/should have been anticipated and answered before we had to ask. Perhaps some sort of FAQ document would be nice for your clients. The speed of our transaction was remarkable, but we feel like you could have been more aggressive on our behalf during the sale (i.e. price negotiation).
Summary Everything went very quickly and smoothly. We were very pleased with how everything went.
