You provided the service we asked for; our house sold in a short time.  I understand we entered the market in a difficult time.  Your office probably had more listings than it could ’sanely’ serve.  I didn’t feel that the service was above and beyond.  Calls went unreturned and questions unanswered.  We were made promises that were not lived up to after papers were signed.  Though we were treated respectfully every time I could feel the fact that we were a small sale in a busy time.  Much of my troubles were related to dealing with the buyers-things were always changing.  It was a stressful situation that probably would have been difficult regardless of the market.  Honestly, I hope to never sell a house again.  I could buy over and over, but never want to go through this experience again-with ANY Realtor.  Though, if I had to, I would trust your services again.  I’m not sure it is a happy experience at any point in ones life.  As mentioned above, marketing was great-our house was well exposed, the service was average.
