Before hiring Shawn, while house shopping, Shawn was the most responsive Realtor, showing us every house we wanted to see, even though most were not his listings.  It is because he went the extra mile, that we decided to list with him.  We were not disappointed.  His ‘pre-listing’ advice was well thought out and spot on.  We followed his recommendations and staged the house for showing.  When we went on the market the traffic was there even though the general market was slow.  A buyer working with Adam, on Shawn’s team, came to town with 14 houses on their list of possibilities.  Ours was not on that list, but at Adam’s suggestion, after checking out the 14 others, they came to see ours.  Forty-five minutes later (and after only two weeks on the market) we had our buyer.  The closing ocurred smoothly and on time.  I will recommend Shawn to anyone serious about wanting to get their house sold.
