Shawn and his team were diligent about letting us know about each step in the home sale process. They were easy to talk to if we had questions and would often just check in to see how we were doing. Shawn knows the market well! We listed our home for a lower amount than we had hoped to sell it for, but we SOLD it for over the amount we thought we would. In less than 10 min after our listing went live, we had 2 showings that evening. The next day we had 9 showings. By the end of the day, after Shawn had touched base with the realtors, we had 5 offers. We couldn’t have dreamt of a better scenario! The process was easy peasy..
