“Worked with Shawn and his team on selling our house in Rochester, after having moved to the Twin Cities/Metro and renting the house for a year. Shawn and his whole team where great and helped us sell the house w/o even having to go back to Rochester. Sold quickly. We were able to sign the closing papers from up in the metro, and they were able to coordinate additional cleaning, etc. needed to get the house where it needed to be, again all without us having to even drive down to Rochester. Super helpful logistically, and that’s coming from someone who’s a relative Type-A control freak. Great team. Would use them again. Highly recommend.”
