Jeff and Patricia Wulff

It was almost flawless. We appreciated the staging help.  The painter.  The communication was top notch.  Since the house sold so fast we didn’t experience repricing or a drawn out period on the market.  Seemed like there was some one there to hold our hand every step of the way.  Not sure it could go any more smooth.  I suppose some luck was involved.  I was a bit reluctant to do the home inspection, but I have a feeling that it helped make it a quick sale so I would emphasize that going forward.
