As we head into the final month of the year, Rochester, Minnesota real estate kept moving along with 31 new listings and 30 signed contracts on residential properties. With homes going off the market steadily, the inventory of homes for sale in Rochester dipped to just 542 active listings with an average asking price of $216,408 and an average market time of 135 days.
The 31 new residential listings came on the market with an average list price of $189,054. The average asking price for the 30 homes that went under contract to pending last week was $185,261. These homes averaged 93 days on the market.
Closings remained steady with 28 homes closing last week. Average price of these homes at closing was $182,712, 93.3% of the original list price, 97.8% of the asking price. Average market time for these properties was 106 days.
