The Rochester Minnesota residential real estate market had another good week last week. The average asking price for new listings was down week over week, with comparatively higher priced homes going under contract.
Last week’s 44 new residential listings had an average asking price of $174,809. The 33 homes going under contract to pending averaged 98 days on the market and had an average list price of $198,266. There were 37 closings last week on residential properties. Average sold price for these homes was $184,277; average market time was 77 days.
There are currently 785 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average price of $216,241 and an average of 129 days on the market.
