The average sold price for the 22 homes that closed last week was $166,614, 96.1% of the asking price, 87.1% of the original list price. Average market time for these properties was 153 days.
There are currently 801 residential properties for sale in Rochester, MN with an average list price of $201,700 and 208 days on the market.
