Rochester MN Real Estate Update (August 6-12, 2007)

There are currently 1219 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $237,079 and average of 153 days on the market. Last week (August 6 to August 12, 2007) there were 71 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $223,857 and average market time of 63 days. During this same time period 45 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $226,669 with an average of 118 days on the market. There were 32 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $235,478 and 98 days on the market.
