Rochester MN Real Estate Update (July 16 to 22, 2007)

There are currently 1230 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $243,691 and average of 153 days on the market. Last week (July 16 to July 22, 2007) there were 80 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $204,262 and average market time of 29 days. During this same time period 55 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $183,960 with an average of 98 days on the market.
