Rochester MN Real Estate Update (May 14-20, 2007)

There are currently 1220 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $245,776 and average of 144 days on the market. Last week (May 14 to May 20, 2007) there were 82 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $212,103 and average market time of 39 days. During this same time period 53 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $228,238 with an average of 97 days on the market. There were 46 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $201,723 and 104 days on the market.
