There are currently 1039 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $244,657 and average of 173 days on the market. Last week (November 20 to November 26, 2006) there were 26 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $260,346 and average market time of 65 days. During this same time period 23 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $194,165 with an average of 162 days on the market. There were 15 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $167,637 and 77 days on the market.
