Tuesday Morning Rochester Area Market Update

There were 67 new and back on the market listings in the Rochester area residential housing market last week (July 3 to July 9) with an average list price of $241,455 and an average market time of 55 days. Thirty-nine homes went to pending (under contract) last week, with an average price of $198,166 and average market time of 87 days. There were 44 closings, with an average price of $209,487 and market time of 117 days.
