Real Estate Update for Rochester MN (July 23 to July 29, 2007)

There are currently 1211 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $240,971 and average of 151 days on the market. Last week (July 23 to July 27, 2007) there were 77 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $192,152 and average market time of 31 days. During this same time period 47 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $200,219 with an average of 119 days on the market. There were 66 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $198,232 and 94 days on the market. Last week 50 listings expired; the average asking price was $226,979 with an average of 164 days on the market.
