Last week (July 16 to July 22, 2007) there were 80 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $204,262 and average market time of 29 days. During this same time period 55 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $183,960 with an average of 98 days on the market. There were 55 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $229,519 and 122 days on the market. Last week 42 listings expired; the average asking price was $186,043 with an average of 141 days on the market.
