Last week (June 18 to June 24, 2007) there were 79 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $217,889 and average market time of 45 days. During this same time period 47 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $193,970 with an average of 104 days on the market. There were 58 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $185,857 and 88 days on the market. Last week 28 listings expired; the average asking price was $170,010 with an average of 143 days on the market.
