Last week (July 31 to August 6, 2006) there were 67 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $199,316 and average market time of 80 days. During this same time period 39 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $181,092 with an average of 105 days on the market. There were 52 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $206,167and 94 days on the market.
