There were 36 homes that sold (closed) last week (May 10-16, 2010) in Rochester, Minnesota with an average sold price of $161,667 (median $141,950) and an average of 87 days on the market.
According to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) 29 homes went under contract to pending last week with an average asking price of $216,175 (median $183,700) and an average market time of 98 days. There were 46 new listings last week and 15 that came back onto the market. Average price for these homes was $253,087 (median $179,900) and $165,126 (median $135,900) respectively. There 20 listings that cancelled, 8 expired, and 23 extended.
There are currently 1228 residential properties for sale in Rochester with an average asking price of $233,022 (median $175,000) and 147 days on the market.
