Updated Federal Tax Credit Information

The National Home Builders have launched a great website explaining the new legislation signed last week extending the first time home buyers tax credit incentive of $8,000 to April 30th 2010. The program has also been expanded to include move up buyers as well.  Move up buyers qualifying for the program will receive a $6,500 tax credit.  To see all the details check out
