There are currently 1026 homes for sale in Rochester, MN with an average list price of $238,905 (median $182,999) and an average market time of 145 days.
Last week (June 29 to July 5, 2009) there were 58 new listings and 17 that came back on the market. Average asking price was $181,759 (median $164,900) and $238,058 (median $184,900) respectively. Two listings were withdrawn, 15 canceled, 35 expired, and 22 were extended.
There were 24 homes that went to pending (under contract) last week with an average asking price of $211, 864 (median $177,500) and an average of 147 days on the market.
The 53 homes that sold (closed) last week had an average sold price of $220,848 (median $174,000), 96.76% of the asking price, 91.59% of the original list price. Average market time for these homes was 136 days.
