Watch for an all new search utility coming shortly to www.shawnburyska.com.  This new search utility includes all homes for sale in the Southeast Minnesota Association of REALTORS.  You will have more options for your searches and you’ll be able to narrow down your criteria to find that perfect house!  You can save your searches and get automatic email updates on new listings in that become available on the MLS.  You’ll also be able to see more listing data then other public websites.  You can select your favorites and track them for price and status changes.  If you want to personally view any of these homes you can easily set an appointment with Shawn or one of his buyers specialist for a private showing!  Questions?  Call or email Shawn anytime.
