There are currently 1199 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $235,598 and average of 161 days on the market. Last week (August 27 to September 3, 2007) there were 67 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $207,113 and average market time of 61 days. During this same time period 37 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $178,562 with an average of 88 days on the market. There were 65 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $224,179 and 81 days on the market. Last week 135 listings expired; the average asking price was $251,774 with an average of 132 days on the market.
