Rochester MN Real Estate Update (July 30 to August 5, 2007)

There are currently 1208 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $238,156 and average of 152 days on the market. Last week (July 30 to August 5, 2007) there were 80 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $224,290 and average market time of 60 days. During this same time period 50 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $209,814 with an average of 91 days on the market. There were 62 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $183,261 and 105 days on the market. Last week 120 listings expired; the average asking price was $221,306 with an average of 140 days on the market.
