Last week (July 30 to August 5, 2007) there were 80 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $224,290 and average market time of 60 days. During this same time period 50 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $209,814 with an average of 91 days on the market. There were 62 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $183,261 and 105 days on the market. Last week 120 listings expired; the average asking price was $221,306 with an average of 140 days on the market.
