Last week (June 25 to July 1, 2007) there were 94 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $204,044 and average market time of 63 days. During this same time period 56 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $201,956 with an average of 92 days on the market. There were 109 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $196,109 and 97 days on the market. Last week 140 listings expired; the average asking price was $219,589 with an average of 167 days on the market.
