There are currently 1228 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $245,340 and average of 142 days on the market. Last week (June 4 to June 10, 2007) there were 96 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $230,538 and average market time of 37 days. During this same time period 66 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $206,683 with an average of 113 days on the market. There were 56 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $194,695 and 105 days on the market. Last week 40 listings expired; the average asking price was $210,475 with an average of 190 days on the market.
