There are currently 1228 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $246,405 and average of 144 days on the market. Last week (May 28 to June 3, 2007) there were 70 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $206,791 and average market time of 89 days. During this same time period 33 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $193,939 with an average of 104 days on the market. There were 78 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $297,452 and 132 days on the market. Last week 112 listings expired; the average asking price was $221,786 with an average of 195 days on the market.
