Last week (April 23 to April 29, 2007) there were 99 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $236,570 and average market time of 40 days. During this same time period 68 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $187,768 with an average of 98 days on the market. There were 49 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $206,167 and 115 days on the market. Last week 34 listings expired; the average asking price was $215,405 with an average of 144 days on the market.
