Last week (April 16 to April 22, 2007) there were 90 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $196,792 and average market time of 47 days. During this same time period 59 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $202,590 with an average of 92 days on the market. There were 36 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $182,158 and 97 days on the market. Last week 33 listings expired; the average asking price was $193,233 with an average of 174 days on the market.
