Spring is coming with “For Sale” signs popping up all over!
There are currently 1144 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $249,298 and average of 165 days on the market. Last week (March 5 to March 11, 2007) there were 112 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $219,971 and average market time of 39 days. During this same time period 42 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $183,925 with an average of 126 days on the market. There were 23 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $184,905 and 133 days on the market. Last week 42 listings expired; the average asking price was $194,591 with an average of 115 days on the market.
