Last week (February 19 to February 25, 2007) there were 76 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $222,086 and average market time of 32 days. During this same time period 41 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $191,911 with an average of 152 days on the market. There were 29 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $185,999 and 104 days on the market. Last week 23 listings expired; the average asking price was $190,052 with an average of 141 days on the market.
