Tuesday Morning Update for Rochester MN Real Estate

There are currently 1093 homes for sale in Rochester, Minnesota with an average list price of $247,151 and average of 162 days on the market. Last week (October 30 to November 5, 2006) there were 64 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $288,981 and average market time of 83 days. During this same time period 33 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $176,262 with an average of 112 days on the market. There were 54 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $206,611 and 128 days on the market.
