During this same time period 37 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $199,405 with an average of 117 days on the market. There were 31 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $192,023 and 108 days on the market. Last week 61 listings expired; the average asking price was $221,800 with an average of 139 days on the market.
