During this same time period 44 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $227,341 with an average of 130 days on the market. There were 37 closings, with an average price of $222,097 and 118 days on the market. Fifty listings expired; the average asking price was $197,859, average of 109 days on the market.
