Last week (July 10 to July 16, 2006) there were 86 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $219,420 and average market time of 55 days. During this same time period 43 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $207,962 with an average of 86 days on the market. There were 50 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $200,504 and 136 days on the market.
