There were 86 new and back on the market listings last week (June 26-July 2) with an average list price of $200,943 and an average market time of 61 days. Half as many homes (47) wnt to pending (under contract) last week, with an average price of $217,139 and average market time of 125 days. There were 88 closings, with an average price of $182,872 and market time of 74 days.
