Home Trade Program

The trade program works as follows:  If you purchase one of my listings through me or one of my team and you have a house to sell, I will guarantee the sale of your home!  This way you can move forward with the purchase of your new home without any home sale contingencies and not have to worry about the sale of  your current home.  If your home does not sell in 90 days, I will purchase it for 95% of what we were hoping to sell it for and then close 30 days later.  Commission and other typical seller expenses will come off of the net amount.  This program gives you total control and the best outcome possible!  You can list at any price and have a full 3 months to get that price.  If in the end, you're not able to sell, you'll always have me for a buyer at a predetermined price.  You'll need to get a home inspection and have no major problems with your house to qualify but that's pretty much the program.  Contact me if you have any further questions.
